Will miss the Sutton game with his calf injury and could miss the rest of the season.

He's played 25 games for Pools all season, always seems to be fit just in time for the Northern Ireland U-21 call ups, then comes back crocked.

Unlucky or what?

Probs out of contract in the summer n wont be wanting to get injured before he departs.

I like him but 25 games a season isnt good enough.

Soft shyte

I hope he’s played enough games that he’s triggered a one year option and we make the fucker stay for more punishment

Hope he doesn’t get a Marcelino finger injury next

Donnelly is one of the few players I would like to see stay, but I think his continued absence with a 'kick on the calf' signals that he is on his way, probably got another club lined up.

Think we need to cut the guy a little slack tbh - he played a big part in the five game unbeaten run and he will not want another relegation on his CV so I’m sure he would be playing if he was even 70% fit. Are we also insinuating that Batesy is being frugal with the truth?

Player says he's feeling his calf every time he trains, what are you going to do?

How many zillion sick notes have doctors issued to people saying their back hurts?
