Just out of curiosity, did anyone hear of Sage having been approved as "fit and proper" when they took over from JPNG? I certainly didn't.

Sage probably not the registered owners, just looking after their interests till hopefully the take over goes through.

The had plenty money in the bank and as far as I'm aware haven't been bankrupt so no reason why they would have failed it.
