Is he a pathological liar or the guy he spoke to at Porton Down?

He's a twit pretending to be Winston Churchill but actually much more like Churchill's Foreign Secretary Lord Halifax - another posh twit that Hitler danced rings around.

It has taken a very high level of stupidity to make Putin's Russia look like the injured party in this affair - Johnson should be sacked immediately.

Not defending Boris but can anyone explain why the head of Porton Down is giving a press interview at this sensitive time? Sounds like he's a civil servant after early retirement (in a British way not a Russian way).

I think the head of porton down was maybe clarifying that it was not their job to say where the novochok came from, contrary to the ‘explicit’ statement from knobhead Johnson.
