Some great saves from Loach - if we had played with this vitality and confidence all season we would be top four now

Nice link, thanks!

Loach made one of those saves look a lot better than it really was. He had it covered without moving, the little showboater.
Great to see the players acknowledging the Poolie hoards after the 2nd goal. Top banana.

Agree with Stranton - great ball by Hawkes, if that’s what he is all about then he will be a good fit, we have few players who can play balls like that.

Great block by one of ours in the first clip or two, is it Hawkins?

I love how many were up there in the box when Woods scored the first.

What about when Hawkins takes a shot from over 20 yards? Who are these players?

We will soon coach that willingness to shoot out of him.

Good quality highlights with team news, replays etc.

Blyth Spartans do something similar, both part time clubs.

Always thought ours should be better, although enhanced coverage would have been quite depressing for most of this season .

Cheers Millhouse ! Best highlights of the season, good quality. Just shows what happens when you shoot on sight, if you don't score first time, the goalie may parry it and you score off the rebound. Some good saves from Loach, a bit of skill from Rodney, but then a poor touch, which is typical of him. Cassidy could of been sent off for that challenge that resulted in a booking , idiot, could of cost us , I sense a sending off soon.

If he’d have been sent off for that it would have been an embarrassing decision, nothing wrong with your centre forward putting himself about a bit I think the booking was for dissent.

How good was Cassidy in winning that penalty? Absolute pain in the arse for their defenders near the end of the game. Exactly what we need.

Nice to see the team wearing our blue and white kit rather than the ghostly grey kit worn at Barrow.

It would of been a harsh decision but not embarrassing. As I said could of been sent off. Why make a challenge like though and take the risk? that's all I was saying. Had he been sent off , that would of been embarrassing.

Very good. What you need and expect from a forward. It would be interesting to see how good Cassidy could be alongside a decent strike partner. We may never find out.

 The home kit may just grow on me before the season ends , but that away kit ! dear me, surely up there alongside our worst kits of all time , which some might say is ironic , given some of the players that have worn it.
