What the hell is going on these days when it comes to waste sctatchinghead This week the friendly bin man / refuge collection service left me a nice little blue label attached to my green bin. Its got the heading " IMPORTANT INFORMATION" then has a list A to E regarding the problem found on the last visit. A = Your bin is too heavy..yet gives no information regarding weight limits! B= Your bin lid is not fully closed..yet the bin has no locking device and often blows open with the wind and even though my bin was only half full they left it C = Your bin is damaged and could not be lifted..yet my neighbor watched as his bin was left full due to a dented lid and also given a label...but the reason for C is bin could not be lifted but no attempt was made either by the binman or machine to lift the bin. D= Your bin was not presented in the right place ...then says ( please present where the crews have left your bin) Not sure what that means because 2 months back my bin was 100 ft away on its side in the middle of the road. E= You have side waste ( put it in next weeks bin or take it to burn road............No wonder the streets are looking so shit these days sctatchinghead Thick clowns with way way to much power these council dictators sctatchinghead
