Surely Harrison has got to go by now, Yeah he's on a lengthy contract blah blah and we coudnt afford to sack him but surely it must of crossed his organ inbetween his ears by now that there is a time to walk away!! I'm sure if it was any other club they would have sacked him by now.

Is it really only 1 win in 13? Why didn't somebody say something?

After lasts nights pyro from Craig Higgnett, perhaps just perhaps Mr Harrison is being treated in a similar fashion. I wonder how many of the players 'recruited' where his choice.

Maybe 5 of the current players on the books of a certain footballing agency where brought in without his say so? The same ones shoved straight back into the team the moment injuries cleared up.

it is almost like people are choosing to ignore the information available to them

it doesn't matter how bad he is doing because the club are skint and therefore are not going to pay off a manager, and no manager is going to simply walk away are they from a paid job. Even more so when he will of relocated in the summer.

Honestly, it beggars belief how daft some people can be

Not forgetting who would take the job? If indeed there is a job after all this unravels.

I reckon as the bailiffs remove the final fixtures and fittings and load them into the van just before the gates get locked on Clarence Road a small gathering will be there chanting for Harrison to resign.

But my point is correct me if I'm wrong if the players aren't getting payed etc then why is the manager still getting payed? When we've got staff in and around the ground working for nothing on matchday and yet he's still doing a shite job chopping and changing his team left right and centre playing players out off position.

Your point isn’t correct the players have been paid, if they hadn’t been neither would the manager or anybody at the club.

You are directing your anger at the wrong person.

Yes Smithy, you are wrong. If the players have been paid late, that will be the same for all the staff, including Craig Harrison who is seemingly being tasked with doing almost the same as Craig Hignett described last time.

I didn't say my point was correct I said "Correct me if I'm wrong" and I've been corrected I just thought that if the players were not getting payed etc then why should the manager but ptbap said if the players were not getting payed then the manager isn't as off all the staff.

Do we know who these players are? We know about Rodney, and I suspect Adeloye and Thorne are two. who are the others?

Yes that’s what I’ve done in the post you quoted!

I wish we were in a position when our only problems were that we had a bad manager who needed replacing. In normal circumstances we would be probably talking about him being poor appointment and out of his depth but like Hignett he’s working with both hands tied behind his back. It’s even worse this time as liquidation is a realistic prospect. I have read some ridiculous comments in recent weeks one today when some bloke was saying we wouldn’t be in this position financially if it wasn’t for Harrison!?

I know the deals are questionable to say the least given the potential conflict of interests but id struggle to say any apart from George and Thorne are particularly bad players

I’m more interested in the outgoings and where that’s all gone. £400,000 for Thomas as an example, another which was a pitifully low fee. It’s as somebody could have been more interested in just getting players out of the door than getting the best fee possible.

Ahhh i see I get you now, The clubs been falling down a slippery slope for years this is my tenth year of a season ticket I have been to a a fair few away games to this season and watched utter dross the last was Ebbsfleet I was considering going to Eastleigh but just coudnt look at going all the way down there to watch us lose again our 3rd goal wasn't bad like Newton I think got it? But it's just the basics were getting wrong 2 goals off a set piece and another from a cross into the box just shows how shit our defending is. Thing is most teams in this league have been physical from what i have seen and to me we lack that physicality in our game along with a lot of other things.

Also not to mention the fees of Luke James and Jack Baldwin.

Would it be irrational to think that this conversation could have happened with a few players in the summer:

Gareth Jones: Hi Luke, I know your always injured, but I can get you a two year contract at Hartlepool United, no questions asked, if you do me a small favour.

LG: Count me in.

GJ: Easy. You'll get a signing on fee of £10,000, give me 6, you keep 4. Jobs a goodn.

LG: Where do I sign
