I am looking for a bit of help here as I have an aged mother in law in Hartlepool that needs to see a doctor periodically with a variety of complaints, mostly due to old age. Her current doctors practice appears not to have any doctors anymore and frequently fob her off with practice nurses (pretending to be or taking over the roles of doctors) and mis diagnosing / mis treating regularly.

Its obvious she needs to register with a new doctors, is there a surgery in Hartlepool anyone can recommend where you can still get appointments with doctors and care is relatively good?

Well I’m with the headland medical centre. No appointments needed, have a morning and afternoon surgery. Turn up and wait and you will be seen.

Can’t really comment on the quality of care as I’m rarely there but if I ever want to be I simply turn up and be seen.
