Myself and a consortium of friends are looking to invest in a Hartlepool Sunday League football club.

We are buckled, having made our money in formerly the Sea Coal business , but latterly in the counterfeit cigarette, dodgy takeaways and the renting out of houses unfit for human habitation in the villages of East Durham

We are also in the process of branching out into the burgeoning horse and trap business.

We would like to add the ownership of a local Sunday League football club to our portfolio.

A number of caveats would need to be in place before we invest though , these are as follows :

1.The club must be debt free
2. Must have its own ground with land surrounding it
3. Must have a small and not very clued up fanbase
4. Must be free of a Supporters Trust , as we dont deal with people who may expose our lack of transparency and accountability.
5. Must have a couple of decent players , who we can sell immediately in order to raise funds/capital
6. All supporters must buy a Season TIcket before we put pen to paper.
