Wonder if we manage to get 50 minutes commentary of Chester v Pools tomorrow, the useless kernts !

Get the kids involved, have a game of musical chairs , when the commentary is interupted ...

listened to Tees in the 70s , broadcasting from places like the Vetch Field , Gresty Road and Dean Court and never had these problems. Technology ? or is it just Tees ?

Get it sorted man ! this is your last chance. refyellow

Or what? You'll stop listening to it and sign up to Pools player?

I was back from the races on Boxing Day in time to listen to the second half commentary and the breaks in coverage were annoying - but I can't remember anything like it in the past and it will only be a problem if that standard of coverage becomes the new norm.

Personally I wouldn't have been surprised if BBC Radio Tees had stopped covering Pools' live games altogether in non-league - or if we got an on air phone call to a reporter every 20 minutes like they do for Spennymoor and Darlo. BBC Sport's online coverage of National League games is minimal - lineups, goals and substitutions are all they bother with.

Local commercial radio stopped covering live games - including the mighty Borer - yonks ago, so it's no good harking back to the past.

Pools player just plays Tees for away games now. Can't win.

Opta provide all the stats for the Beeb and alas they don’t go as low as step 5 with all of the detail

You are correct , but don't let that get in the way of a good story will you.
