Would it be right to say that in just and fair World we could persuade our MP or other representatives to allow us/club to claim damages against the organisations (F.A/Premier League/Football League) who introduced this 'inferior test' , in that they have allowed unscrupulous/dishonest people to come in and 'plunder' our club to the point that we find ourselves in the position we are in now?

Like being mis sold PPI?

would never ever ever do anything to undermine its valuable members and would never ever ever treat

The amount of dodgy chairman they have let through since this test was introduced will be well into double figures...

I think people forget the real reason the FA is there. To line the pockets of it's executives.
