In all honesty the title is an attempt at humour...........but????????

1)A daft question, and I apologise in advance if this has been mentioned, but resolution D (8 on the agenda) what is an EMG? Is it similar to an EGM?
2) Again resolution D, 5 applicants for 6 vacancies negating elections. Will there/has there been a need for a 6th applicant? Ie will a place be left unfilled or can it be filled by an election on the night, or ad hoc (depending on needs/expertise) etc.
C) Do I need a proxy vote (ie anything contentious) .
4) Do I need to offer my apologies, as I can't make it, or can someone offer mine for me?

I don’t understand it at all tbh. Thought I was simply getting a slip with a choice of people to vote for.

if you send in a proxy, we assume you won`t be coming, as that is what a proxy is for :doh:
