thought he was the right man to take this club back up! But enough is enough I cannot see us winning more than a couple of home games from now till the end of the season. Tactics NONE / team selection boggles the mind / after saying in the fail for weeks n weeks how well the midfield is doing... he drops two of them sctatchinghead Home games we have everyone defending corners and no outlet sctatchinghead For fuck sake we are playing at home to micky mouse teams NOT Man city and still we look negative and clueless. I cannot recall a single effort on target against Aldershot sctatchinghead Its time to get rid of this manager and quickly or lose the fans because no one is going to pay good money to see total shambles. banghead banghead

It starts again!

I've never been convinced by Craig despite being reasonably excited preseason and also despite the little unbeaten run we had. I think we're doing ok mainly due to the fact the league is an awful standard.

That said, I still don't think we should sack him, not least because I doubt we can afford to. As I've said the league is crap and with a few additions (a centre back being a priority) and the return of Watson, I believe our fortunes could easily change. Far too often we've looked to sack the manager quickly, we're mid-table and 9 points behind top spot and we're not even half way through the season.
We really need to start bossing home games though and a midfield of Featherstone and George clearly isn't going to achieve that.

But did you know....

1. Harrison is an alien sent to build an underground base for a future invasion?
2. The players are android copies of the originals and need new batteries?
3 The Vic is at a crossroads of intergalactic travel and Harrison's job as manager is a cover for an alien service area....?

Good shout fella - Hignett & Collins may have had their detractors but at least they had good experience of the pro game unlike Harrison who far too often appears to drift off into his own little twilight world of FIFA 17 when making team selections/tactical decisions. He obviously STILL hasn't got much of a clue of which combination of the less than talented squad that he has assembled is best suited to take on the might of the National League.

No-one can do anything but sympathise with his plight of having to select from a group that lacks a single game-changer or match-winner but when your entire squad is built around an ethos of anti-flair/star players can we ungrateful fans really expect anything but the dross we have been served up all season?

We should however simply be grateful that a winner of an unprecedented amount of silverware and former Champions League manager has deigned to descend (sorry, rise) to our level. Finally, just a reminder of a few facts that 'Statto' may be conveniently overlooking as he prepares his 200+ page dossier on Pools next victims, the powerful Halifax Town outfit;

1. NO goals scored in the last 270 minutes in all competitions
2. ONE win in the last six games in all competitions
3. NO home win in the last seven weeks in all competitions

A few additions...LOL.

More likely to be players going in the opposite direction, assuming anyone will have them. We have far too many ( distinctly average ) players on the books.

Both would be good!

Surely we can afford a couple of loanees? Someone like Ledger to allow Scott Harrison to fulfil his potential by captaining the reserves.
