Anyone else hear a couple of members of the "fcuk the Trust" brigade in the away end racially abusing Rodney towards the end of the match at Woking yesterday?

Whether they are pro trust or anti trust isn't really of any relevance. They would still be absolute twats even if they were fully paid up members of the trust doing that to any player never mind one of our own.

Happens pretty much every week in the town end I have challenged 3 people this season and reported it to both the police and pools both of who aren’t interested.

Fair play for reporting it, I wish I had yesterday. Even if they don't do anything you would hope it would at least be recorded as an incident.

I was told by someone who seemed a reliable witness that a prominent member of the Trust was heard stating in the Town End last week :

" And that daft black 'C U N T' missing that, he did exactly the same at Wrexham''

Given there are at least 4 different people have heard racist comments, both at home and away games, I find it very hard to believe it isn't happening.

Mind you there were people clearly making monkey chants at the last away game at Brentford a good few years back, plus shouting racist abuse at their keeper and folk that were there said they never heard it, so perhaps some people have selective hearing.

Either way some of the abuse Rodney is getting for a 19 year old kid we signed on a free transfer is absolutely disgusting. And these folk call themselves " fans " of the club.

I know you are only quoting what was said by someone else to emphasise your point , but I stilthink it's inappropriate to do so , even though you meant no harm by it .....

Let's make something absolutely clear here.

The bunker is absolutell against racism full stop.

If people are chanting the above shite at games then they are scum and it doesn't matter how many games they attend, they are not true pools fans

Let's hope all the pools social media sites condemn them as scum.

I bet they don't.

It was me that Chip quoted. Was pretty bad to hear and I wasn't completely sure I heard it correctly as it's not the type of thing I would expect to hear. I remember hearing Bingham getting some pretty bad abuse too in the Mill House terrace so it definitely still goes on.

Having just read the hufcproboard I realise now that I am worse than the person being racist as I didn't report it. I think that's what he was saying anyway. I agree though in at least that I should have reported it. I will if I hear it again.

I don't get it. Some of these blokes will probably have revered Tony Parry. And Westy. And cheered on the countless other non-white players.

I would love to see them go up to a player and say it to tbeir face.

It's a pity there wasn't someone with a phone who thought of recording these incidents. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
Don't the Police have cameras on the away support any more ???

Bad enough when its against opposition players never mind your own.

Unbelievable stuff and fair play to whoever told them to shut the fuck up.

Er that might have been me. I was with my son. I just thought if I don't call out people like that what kind of message do I send to him?

I have no issue with people who feel too intimidated in that atmosphere to do something about it. As Chip knows I am big enough and ugly enough not to be too bothered by a few drunks, but i respect those who can't or won't do the same.

Unbelievable behaviour, these "fans" are a disgrace. The eldest is only five and is hankering to come to a game, with these idiots floating around I won't be inflicting it on her.

As for the messages to prominent members of the trust, how thick do you have to be!?

Sad times.

I applaud you sir.

I hate racism, so by definition, I hate racists.

Horrible ignorant people.
