Indeed ! His attitude and work ethic has been superb. Great to see someone given another chance take it with both hands. Playing in a front 3 has obviously helped. He was hit and mostly miss in his last spell, but he was p*ssed about, playing both on the left and right of midfield , and getting subbed a lot.

He didn't make it four in a row like he said he would. Get rid.

In a recent interview he did he seemed more self-assured and mature - probably a reflection of his play since he came back. Credit to Harrison for making an unpopular decision.

John out of curiosity when was the last time we won 3 league games on the trot? Feels like an age ago.

They all do.

If you mean return to play for us rather than against no one springs to mind, they normally return at the arse of their career when they have no better options.

This will change however when it's the right time...

Am not sure he has returned a better player to be honest. We are at a lower level and I believe his position in a front 3 much more suits him.

First time around he was generally used as an out and out right winger in a 4-4-2 which doesnt really suit him to be honest. His final ball has generally always been pretty poor (or his choice of when to play it or who to play it to) his strengths are his energy and his ability to get goals from around the penalty box, his shooting has never been an issue and fingers crossed in the front 3 he will get plenty of chances as it allows him to get into the box a hell of a lot more.
