Ordered 2 pools tops 3 days ago with next day delivery option. The website said "checkout in the next 4 hours for next day delivery".

Still no sign of the thing. Not replying to my emails, not replying on twitter. No dispatch email, no tracking number.

Useless.

So everyone including ASOS couldn't sort out delivery in time for the first game of the season then?

Just watching the cricket highlights and I've noticed the West Indies kit is made by them.

If Hartlepool United were a bowling attack we would be the West Indies on today's evidence!!

None of you have got anything to complain about compared with the West Indies. They've been waiting 30 years for some new fast bowlers.

Their history is in making Rugby shirts, they are the old Kooga aren't they? Wonder if that's why the neckline is so horribly huge, made for thick neck Rugby meatheads.

Outraged I was, they just sent me an email saying they have sent me my money back. No idea where the product is.

So you're expecting a product you haven't paid for? Interesting...

Of course, I'm going to complain massively about it!

They will be launching their winter range in Spring, I know it is maybe a new venture but got this massively wrong and communication poor with customers.

New training kit is on BLK website. Not a fan of any of it. The gold logo looks terrible and I don't understand why a team who spends most of the season playing in near arctic conditions never sells a warm jacket/coat.

Pretty sure our range of BLK merchandise is their version of Tesco Value but with a premium price tag. Just take a look at the vastly superior Saracens training kit for evidence of this - https://www.blksport.co.uk/pro-teams-c3 ... racens-c38

Mind you they are the current European Champions Cup holders, but still

Harrison had one on at the Sunderland match, so they do them in large sizes.

Dictionary definition is:

gillet in British
(ˈdʒɪlɪt)
noun obsolete
1. Scottish
a mare
2.
a flighty young woman
Collins English Dictionary. Copyright © HarperCollins Publishers

But a gilet in French is a sleeveless jumper or jacket so I reckon they mean that. They used to be called body warmers but gilet sounds posher as long as you spell it right which BLK haven't. Unless Harrison was wearing a flighty young woman for the Sunderland match?

Same, might as well wear a full coat or just t-shirt.
