Opera singer at pools

My dad just mentioned an opera singer who sang at the Vic at half time at some game.

I can't remember her at all, is he going mad?

There was a singer during the Hartlepool 0 - Darlington 0 home game....

I remember it well, she sang before the game in a Pools top it was the 0-0 against a caretaked manager by Martin Gray Darlo who parked the bus we must have had 80% possession. This was her;

I found her on Google as I remembered she had done the England Ashes song for the amazing 2005 series. I can't believe her Wikipedia entry doesn't mention her appearance at the Vic which was surely one of the highlights of her career?
