Heard a few others being mentioned, one in particular is a cracking coach but only managed non league In the uk. I saw him out in the Caribbean coaching and he knows his stuff, also turned down Man City in a role out in China for their academy.

Would he do well at pools? Can't be any worse than the names mentioned.

If it was me I'd go for an up and coming manager like what Lincoln did and those cowley brothers have done a great job at every club they have been at.
