Probably should clarify - this is who people think we SHOULD offer a contract to. Not who we think will still be here.

e.g. I voted for Nathan Thomas, as I think we should try to keep him. I think it's extremely unlikely he'll stay, but I think we should make the offer.

Who would have thought 3 months ago that Rodney would be topping this poll?

If a poll was done only 3 days ago, I would have been surprised if he had got a single vote!

Amond scored 30 goals last time he was in the NL, we need to keep him.

Rodney came off the bench as an 18 year old and scored what could have been the two most important goals in the clubs history had Newport not scored a late winner. For a young lad to have the composure to do that speaks volumes about him.

When I'd seen Rodney playing for the reserves and his few sub appearances for the first team Rodney hadn't showed anything really. When he came on under Jones it seemed to be as a target man for aimless long balls which clearly isn't his game but Saturday he played facing goal, running at people and it was like a totally different player.

Looks like the type of player who would thrive in a front 2. him & Amond upfront next season please
