Request for other Poolies

Please do not start saying we are too big for the Conference, and patronising the small teams in it.

Remember when Wednesday, Forest, Leeds etc did that to us and others in league one? I don't want people thinking we are cuunts like them.

We've got a lot of affection from fans all over the country thanks mainly to Stelling, and I would hate to lose that thanks to pricks thinking we are Billy Big Bollocks.

We are in the Conference on merit, just like every other team in it.

This. There seems a lot of fans of that other day teams genuinely sad to see us go. Let's not lose that, going to need all the friends we can get in the tough times ahead.

Aye, the San Miguel took over last night. I may have come across as disrespectful to some of the club's in the conference, that wasn't the intention. It was a rallying call to fans and players to pick ourselves up and start again.

So apologies to those clubs and fans if I appeared disrespectful.

Obviously we will be one of the league's bigger teams in terms of support and the ground will be one of the best there, too. But we'll never get promoted if we start getting cocky, not that there's much to get big headed about anyway. Didn't help Luton/Oxford did it? Look at Wrexham, about similar size to us and they're about to start their 10th season there.

What about York? Not saying they were big headed but a clear warning as to where we could end up. Good luck them returning ASAP.
