Just an idea. Could the Trust get a thousand sheets of red A4 printed off with Coxall Out! or JPNG Thieves out!

Hand them out in the away end and then get everybody to hold them up 19.08 minutes into the match? I'd be happy to help with handing them out.

It wouldn't spoil things for the mime artists and it would be a good visual bit of publicity for the Trust, showing that it is trying to give the fans a voice.

Be sensible to approach the fancy dress organisers and all message boards and fan groups to try and get them to publicise it in advance.

I agree Mr Toulouse, but to add why not get in Touch with Cheltenham supporters, I think theyll hand some out in their end and go along with it for solidarity as I'm sure their club hit a rocky patch a few years back.

Just a thought.

If we don't want the fancy dress to be an embarrassment this year, why don't we use it to protest?

Storm the pitch before kick off, stage a sit in at full time, just sit completely silent all game, literally anything other than giving the club the positive press that they're craving at the minute

I was thinking of something that everybody would be happy to do, including people who have got their kids there, older fans and so on. The cards and whistles would make a point without causing any trouble with stewards or the police. Also it is still possible that we could win on Saturday so turning the atmosphere completely poisonous wouldn't be ideal.

Regardless of results the place for a really big protest should be the Vic. Lots of people won't be at Cheltenham but doing something would help to build up for the last match.

Good idea Bishop. If we agree it is a decent plan among ourselves, why not ask them?

Personnaly I'd say save the protests for the Doncaster game when it's confirmed we are down.

'You're not fit to own our club' might be a better song than 'you're not fit to wear the shirt'. If everything that you hear is true no wonder the players' heads have gone down. If we could protest and give them a boost at the same time that would be ideal.

I can't bring red cards or whistles in a hand luggage bag but if anybody else can bring them I'll help with handing them out and happily pay towards them as well. If the Trust back it we could put some info about joining on the back of the red cards.
