I didn't go today but went to Orient, for those who did both, which was worse?

I watched some video of a bloke with special needs that cropped up on Facebook that seemed to be him trying to communicate with a banana by plugging it into a set of headphones and then smacking it against his arse.

Was more entertaining than the game.

Embarrassing on the pitch and off the pitch equals a Total Embarrassment.

Its hard to digest, I know we are shit but the lack of fight.

Not a single leader in the squad.

Only players who put effort in for me were Oates, woods, magnay and amond/blackford when they came on.

No idea what jones was thinking leaving top scorer on bench and also not going 2 up front yet Again. And Walker in midfield, knew it was a disaster waiting to happen. He's been shit in a completely shit midfield for 3 years and has only recently looked like had a future in football at centre half.

I'm struggling to necessarily put majority of blame on the players, yet simply aren't good enough but we have sold as many as could and basically have no options to play anything else.

Coxall has been the issue from pretty much day 1 and bizarrely there are still some that don't blame him. Jones as well, came with a reputation and must be up with the worst managers we have had. He doesn't know how to get anything out of the players

I can! It's been on the cards for many seasons.
Since relegation from League One, there has been no real effort to improve, hence the inevitable slide into non league football.
A word of warning - the owners/management that have been blind to the threat of relegation are hardly likely to possess the nous needed to gain speedy promotion from a very tough National League.

Today! We never looked interested today - at least we did at times on Monday.

The formation and tactics today were bizarre - on Monday they were just inept.

And today we saw just why Mr N Thomas isn't playing at a higher level - odious, arrogant scumbag - how long before you start tweeting like Compton?

Harrison could be added to the list of triers. He's a genuine lad; just not good enough.

Not in the mood to be honest for people having a go at this player or that player. The entire team isn't good enough - this lot will do a York if they're still with us for the National League.

The playing squad has been gutted like a fish on a slab - there's nothing left.

For a number of years now I have been criticised for posting negative views regarding Pools when the writing has been on the wall for all to see. Failure to invest in order to cling on to a League One spot was the start of the rot. At the time I posted that it would cost more to gain promotion from League Two than to maintain a League One spot.
We now have the same scenario. It will cost a lot more to regain a League Two place than it would have cost to have signed some decent players in the January transfer window. Those in charge clearly do not understand (or 'cannot/will not' afford) the economics of league football. The maxim that 'money talks' is true at all levels of professional football and we have financially dumb leaders at Pools.

Sorry to disappoint you, but we have not got financially dumb leaders at pools. If they were dumb they'd be losing their money.
Since relegation we've been ticking over because the owners didn't have the money or apparently just weren't interested in promotion or anything else come to that. Since that relegation we've been in mothballs, a bit of a burden.

Snowy, you do not disappoint me. When I say "money talks" the inference was that money talks when success is the goal.
We clearly have owners without the resources or ambition to give the fans what we deserve.
