Most of them looked disinterested today, going through the motions and did it show.

Been utter shite since his injury. Can't see someone bidding £1m etc for him now.

Unlucky Coxall.

A player that totally believes his own hype & thinks he's better than he actually is. It's all about Thomas & going for glory when many a time there's a much better option if he passed the bloody ball instead of going it alone.

Whether they like him or not is irrelevant. They're professional footballers paid to do a job, Get on with it.
I've worked for people I disliked, but you get paid to do a job, not feel sorry for yourself.

Blackford provided more threat in 20 minutes than he has in 3 games, need balls to drop Thomas though and he doesn`t have them, Jack had a couple of shaky moments but his corners were spot on and he can beat a man without the petulant shite.

Let's not go overboard on him.

He's dipped form like a lot of players, just he is one who has the ability to be better. If he played as well as we have seen every game he wouldn't be in league 2 and wouldn't of essentially got released from Mansfield.

I still think he's not match fit which tbf I haven't known a team look as unfit as ours.

Scott Harrison being released last year and now being our first choice centre back sums up a lot.

Finally someone talking a bit of sense. If what Compo said was true (and he usually is) Thomas turned down a move in Jan to try and help us get safe. Him being pissed off and abusive at the end the same was as the fan meh.

He is far from being the reason we are in the shit and maybe we need to remember that although I can understand emotions are running high

You typed it quicker than me! It's always amazed me what short memories some Pools fans have. Thomas wasn't 'shite' before Christmas and an injury, losing some players who were worldbeaters compared with what's on the team sheet now and a total arse of a manager might have something to do with his loss of form.

Oh, and Blackford looked like what he is - a kid who isn't ready for the first team yet.

Has more heart than thomas, can take corners, beat a man and was playing in a crap team, but yeah let`s slate the kid who tried eh!!

Boy, you're dull. My point - sending a kid on when the team is 2 down and has basically given up is not what any half decent manager would have done.

Was stupid to throw the kid into that atmosphere.

Noticed that Blackford was the only one who had the balls to come out & face the town end faithful ( even if it was just to give his mam a cuddle ) ! Yes, Thomas was poor today but how many on here couldn't wait to welcome him back ? Thought Bates was coming back from holiday. Every time he had to chase back he looked like he was towing a caravan. Walker was gash in midfield. I could go on, but what's the point ? Have seen Stelling's rant & just wish the Chairman, Directors & ( some of ) the players had half his committment to the cause. Presumably next weeks fancty dress will now be undertakers & mourners ?
