I don't post a lot on here but I and mates like mampi have lost the feeling of the club now. I am sad that I wan to take my son when he is old enough to watch Pools in the league which my dad did with me. Granted I don't live in the town but he will be a Poolie either first or second and I feel the current owners are taking that joy away from me. I don't care if we are crap I just want us to be able to play within our means without people taking that away. I loved going with my dad in 90 when we where crap but it didn't matter as I was part of something. Same at school college etc going to away games with Yubep mampi and Yloop. I want my son to see that and meeting mad folk who share the same like mutely Phil etc. hope springs eternal but I see our luck has ran out

It's heartbreaking mate, hopefully we somehow fluke this and get a fresh start next year.

Even if we manage to fluke it his season. Next season will be no better if not worse. The club has been shafted and riddled with debt.

As Bill Paxton said - 'game over man'

I had earmarked the Cheltenham and Donny games to take my two lads to. I'm definitely not taking them to Cheltenham now as I don't want them to be in that environment when we lose.

I am feeling very similar Compo.

But I also feel for the backroom staff that have help the club together for so long with so little credit. Through the good and bad times of previous owners, you have to feel sorry for the office staff at the club. If we do get relegated, are their jobs safe? Yes we are heartbroken as supporters that our club is on a downward spiral, but this is their livelihoods, jobs, mortgages, etc etc.

Agreed. Really feel for Mark and Co, plus people like Buster, Marty Brown et al. They have little to do with the side of the club that is letting everybody down.

'The side of the club that is letting everybody down' are the cuckoos in the nest and should not be even mentioned as being anything to do with the club.
