above match kicks off at 13:00.

Grimsby needing the win to try and keep alive their aim of finishing in the play off spots.
Cheltenham obviously needing the win to pull away from the relegation places.

Regardless of the above result, Pools need to win today.

And if we do, we may get more than once chance to make ourselves safe before the last match of the season.

Nervous times ahead.....

2-0 now. Let's hope Yeovil get beat, can't see us keeping above Newport so need to catch someone.

Its so frustrating how year in year out we have our fingers crossed other teams get beat.
We need this year to look no further than Jones after coming to pools his record is shocking and we are were we are because of this.
Im hoping today we can at least beat orient and prolong the agony or just have a bit of hope, lets just see what team he plays today and hope the gutless @uckers at least go down with a bit of pride if not for themselves but all supporters of Hartlepool United.

Can't rely on anybody but ourselves. Cheltenham being safe come the time we play them might be a good thing...

That's it - Cheltenham have a nice little cushion. All eyes on Newport and Yeovil.

2-1 Orient. Nothing more than they deserved.
