If the worst happens and relegation how will this affect Sponsorship streams? Will they be reduced or actually increase as the Conference has good coverage and Live games on BT Sport. Ergo in theory Pools, especially if successful in the Conference would get more TV exposure, therefore be more attractive to sponsors?

Just food for thought.

Its the conference.

There are no positives to being in it.

Next season is the first were the Football League are making the parachute payments to the clubs relegated out of the League so they will be payed exactly the same as League Two clubs (for two years I think I read) so they should be a financial advantage anyway and in that sense it's not the disaster it once was.

It might be why we weren't overly bothered about what happened to the squad in January's fire sale in hindsight.

The Conference gets better tv coverage than we do albeit at a lesser amount of cash. Would see u on BT sport several times as an ex league club, Lincoln at Gateshead today was gonna go until I realised it was on BT Sport.

Thank you Mr Deluded, that was my original point in a way. TV revenue streams would also increase?
