Also I dont believe I have ever seen Mark Simpson to have a clue what he looks like but I always picture him as "Unky Herb" for some weird reason...

Just a minute. Is it TV characters or cartoon characters?
I can't remember what I requested now and there seems to be a general mix up.

If it's tv characters, Mr I surely has to be someone from Dad's army, and Toulouse can be Rene from 'Allo 'Allo, purely on the grounds that he probably speaks pidgin English by now.
