Hard to choose but either a tangy Gaspacho prepared by hand in the Basque region and sprinkled with delicate strands of cave aged manchego or Beef Big Soup with a squirt of tomato sauce in it..

Oh right. Not too fussed, gets diluted by the soup. Forced to choose Amora would be better - bit more acidity.

Monsieur Toulouse, whats the other Basque cold soup and is it nice? I think its Almonds, Garlic and Milk blended with a few herbs!

Ajo Blanco, has warm milk in it I believe so its more Monkeybutt's sort of thing. Usually served by a parade of poor children who are summoned by CB radio.
