Maybe we need to nominate someone who is attending the above event to raise any pertinent questions on our behalf for those not able to make it.
Is anyone up for this? Could be more than one.

Also it could be useful to start a list of questions that we would like answered by GC.
I am not bothered whether these questions are seen by GC before the event on this forum, even though it may give him some time to "prepare" his answer.
I think it is better if everything is out in the open and hopefully our concerns can be put across at this forum and proper answers given.

To start with I will raise:

(1) How much were the loans for, interest rates charged, monthly payments and what is the money going to be used for or has been used for.

(2) I've been quite alarmed at the lack of appearances for Jordan Mellish this season, please can you give us a clarification of where his future lies?

I can already answer this. I imagine it will be something along the lines of "none of your fucking business"

How can a self-sufficient club with a reported record sponsorship deal run up 3 winding-up orders in a short space of time

(4) What is the clubs policy on keeping rodents? Am I allowed to bring more than two to each game?

(5) Can I keep explosive substances in the ground?

That should be question number 1

I'd like to know why we are taking out loans and planning all this stuff (allegedly) yet allowing our ground to fall into a state of disrepair.

Agree, that should be the main question.

Agreed that this should be the gist of it, but who said we were self sufficient?

I can't imagine he's going to sit there and Loughlin will allow a barrage of questions related to this to be put to him. Precisely the reason Dave Jones is there and as naive as I think the lad is I don't think he's stupid enough to give a different answer to question number 1 than he has given previously. One was an 'admin error', one not being paid on time etc. None of which I belive personally.

And the second question would get the textbook answer of why improve something you don't own.

I'll be going but think some more pinpoint questions need to be asked though. Matt Haycox et al.

Personally I dont think if anyone asks a question that Loughlin will say "he wont be answering that" or anything. It just looks bad straight away. Am sure Coxall will attempt to answer any question but some answers may well be politician style responses. To be honest I wouldnt expect him to disclose loan amounts, interest rates etc although it would be interesting to know.

As the fans of the club, as the largest source of income to the club and without us they will not have a club, then I would suggest anything that puts OUR club in danger, I would suggest it IS our fucking business!

Officially Goldberg is still a director and you'll get an answer to that effect. Practically, he and Coxall have fell out big time and Goldberg has no input into Pools.

I think it'll be hand picked questions from the club's lapdog and any difficult questions will elicit a wooly response.

I hope Coxall says this as im pretty sure 100% of our fans would be happy about it and it would alleviate a lot of worries.

They will be preparing the answers now and I'd imagine they will be standard politician responses.

I'm just going to assume this is sound knowledge based on what you've previously said.
There was a belief Goldberg was the money behind the pair but having seen his business dealings and Facebook photos he may be reasonably well off but not as much as some may believe.

No, Goldberg is an out and out crook and potless with it. He has ripped off a large number of people including some with interesting military history. Lets just say that he's not flavour of the month on the circuit. Circuit = Private military contractors.

Hopefully it is not a set of handed in questions but a proper debate with questions from the floor.
And I hope those fans present can makes their voices heard!

Wonder why Gary is not answering questions? Is he embarrassed to have been the victim of these accusations? Is he worried potential investors will be put off by the unrest?

I think some clarity around the current ownership of the club is needed. I assume that was going to be his " big announcement "

He has repeatedly dodged the question relating to Peter Goldberg saying he is off work for " personal reasons " and blanking every question relating to his involvement in Pools.

Is he still a Director of Hartlepool United and drawing a wage ?

Also have Sage Investments been offered a place on the board in return for their loan ?

If he wants fans to back any proposal to buy the ground, then he needs to tell those fans who exactly now is on the board of directors, and why they feel purchase of the ground is necessary.

I think these questions cover the main points that we would like to know.

My biggest concern is why Coxall agreed for Goldberg to be on the board in the first place. As his business partner, he surely knew what the bloke was capable of and it took too long for my liking for Coxall to oust Goldberg.

I expect that they are already aware of the sort of questions that will come up - they certainly should be! I also hope that we get some clarity around some of these issues and that whatever "sold" the club to Dave Jones can also be sold to the fans. Whether or not we get the whole truth may be debatable but it should go someway to helping alleviate the concerns that are currently circulating. If it doesn't then the rumours will just continue to gather pace.

I wonder how many of those that attend will be wanking themselves senseless, like some do on twitter, when coxall answers their questions with non answers, but ones that seem to work on these few.

I've just said to Coxall on Twitter that I guess we'll have to wait until the Q&A to find out if Goldberg is still around.

Geoff when did you become so sensible?

Seriously though, good post.

Coxall will know what to expect, he and Simpson read this board. Im sure he will prepare himself a bit like anyone did but he comes accross as the kind of guy who would happily answer questions off the hoof so to speak aswell. I dont think public speaking etc will phase him.

Like you say address the whatever sold the club to Jones and touch on the Pam/Sage Investments/Full90 minutes link etc would do me.

And if any more winding up petitions etc are due then him beating the "detectives" to the annoucement etc would also be in his favour cos you can bet your bottom dollar it will be on here within minutes etc.
