Looking for a place for my Mam.
Looks nice and quiet, and only over 50's allowed to live there.
Does anyone have any feedback/opinions on this place?
Cheers.

They could have a better name too. My first thought was that place where all the child abuse took place but thats Elm Guest House.

Too many rules, especially the fact they don't allow you to keep more than 2 rodents!
