Since leaving Pools Power has an excellent career in the Conference probably earning more than at Pools. He is a bit of a hero at Lincoln and well thought of in Conference circles.
I saw Power play for Forest reserves and he was absolutely outstanding and thought it a great signing when we got him. Sadly it did not work out I think with weight problems.

That Matt Rhead actually looks like he's lost weight compared to when he played for Mansfield he's down to morbidly obese these days.

Lincoln whenever they seem to have a decent season teams like this, everyone obviously remembers how they played under John Beck. Do they still have that fooking drum and that fooking air raid siren? Hooooffffffff.

I find ties like this quite sad in the FA Cup, Ipswich look like a team who wish they went out in the first game and have changed half of the normal team and don't look up for it at all.

I really don't get clubs like Ipswich's attitude towards the FA Cup they aren't going to get relegated and they aren't making the play offs so why make all the changes then end up playing an extra game anyway. The same goes for Premier League also rans.

Enjoyed that game and Lincoln thoroughly deserved to go through.

Just seen that in the next round this will be Man Utd's 56th consecutive televised FA Cup match, proper fair that like.

Wee small hours of Monday morning Radio 5 Live was leading off every sports bulletin with:

"Zlatan Ibrahimovich's late equalizer rescued a point for Manchester United against Liverpool."

This dull 1-1 draw took place on the same afternoon that Everton inflicted the heaviest defeat of Pep Guardiola's managerial career!

The Man U bias is bloody scandalous, to be honest.

The funniest thing now at baout manure on the tele, is that they are all just waiting for Wayne to beat Bobby Charltons record. They will be constantly on the box now until he does it. This is the most historic and important event in football ever. It will be the greatest achievement english football has ever seen.

And once he does it, the pundits will go into overdrive as to what Rooney still has to offer the national side.

If you havent seen it, try and have a look at the reaction from Bobby Charlton when Roonet equalled the record.

He started celebrating the goal, then suddenly looked incredibly pissed off when he realised who scored and what it meant.
