It's number 3 but it means it's highly likely we've not settled or paid off number 3 otherwise they wouldn't be advertising it. Advertisement of the petition obviously brings more costs. It also means it can no longer be withdrawn and gives the chance for other creditors to substitute themselves as the petitioner if the debt to HMRC is paid.

If the petition had of been paid or settled, I would have expected two things:
1) It would have been withdrawn - not happened.
2) It would NOT have been advertised.

If the owner of this boatd was a true poolie he would lock the thread. True poolies dont want to know about anything dodgy going on.

Lock lock lock.

It's been published which basically means that it wasn't paid, ergo Coxall lied.

I thought we'd established there was a number 3 some time ago?

Your not a real pools fan as whilst the game was being played you posted a message online.

Real pools fans listen to the game locked in a cupboard.

You'll get people moaning at what you have said coming out with phrases such as "Detectives" "Anti Coxall" etc.. but everything you have mentioned above is a FACT. This issues are causing a divide between fans and probably the biggest divide between the two message boards. People are completely entitled to stick their head in the sand and wait to see what happens but people are also entitled to look up publicly available information and let others know.

I remember 2 years ago. The great escape season, about this time, we had some fans who were still being positive, still backing IOR, and other fans had enough. A few ideas were mentioned that didn't take off, but then people got together and started to form the supporters trust. IMO that will prove to be one of the wisest moves the fans ever did.

Now times may not be as bad on the field, but off the field it could potentially be worse, we now have bills not being paid, loans being taken out, HMRC getting involved etc

For me fans should be putting pressure on the club for answers, the supporters trust should be demanding a meeting, a Q&A, a sit down, an honest statement, anything.

I'd start with the lad in the mail, Liam Kennedy seems to be reporting things and getting stuck in.

He'd be a good person to start to put pressure on the owners.

"The fans can't do anything" some say.

Bullshit. We were here before IOR, here before JPNG... and we'll be picking up the pieces after.

This is our club.

I admire people who are loyal but there comes a time to think, hmm is this for real or are the other 98% just negative bastards sctatchinghead

Couple of guys on the facebook page still sticking up for GC when somebody stated us not having a pot to piss in, Mouldy and the wait till January statement, the millhouse plan will happen etc!

Maybe because he accessible and affable, the Chairman talking to the lowly fan, I hope i`m wrong but I can only see this going one way and it is not a way I thought we would end up in when they took over. sadx

It's easier to just lambast destroy and ridicule the players and the current manager as with a new great manager we could be brilliant. Whether there is a club there for anyone to be brilliant with seems to have passed many fans and people by due to their own personal petty agenda (based on feelings of inadequacy I reckon)
