I wasn't there today as I'm laid up after an op', but I'm not sure that bringing in someone else will fix the problem, Hignett has gone from hero to zero in a very short time, we're all having a dig at him at the moment but surely Fleming needs to stand up and be counted, he's an ex defender (as is Collins) but our defence of late has been nothing short of a joke.
What the hell are they practising in training, and yes the midfield and forwards have to do their bit too, but it's a complete an utter shambles.

They keep saying everybody knows their job, but they either obviously don't or they just ain't good enough (or both). I think it's got to the stage now where we need to be showing certain people the door, and whether that's cancelling contracts or shipping people out on loan as a punishment it needs to be done quickly and get people in who are capable and who want to 'win'. Some of this lot couldn't fight sleep.
