Driving up Spion Kop recently and remembered there was a factory there that was taken down last year. It was called Barnshaws Bending Centre, what went on in there?

I remember passing the "Hartlepool Reproduction Centre" near Hucklehoven way and an ex lass asking if it was a fertility clinic.

Reminds me of Benson's menswear shop that use to be in town when I was little.
Legend was that in the January sales, they had a sign reading: Benson's Trousers Down Again.
