Is there still a fairly large population of Poolie ex-pats in London, or have they been 'cleansed' along with many other ordinary people?

It doesn't seem that long ago that we'd always have a minimum 500 fans at London games, often more than half of them living in the Smoke. I remember being in the crowd of nearly 2000 at the FA Cup tie at Brentford, which is unthinkable these days.

I just live 30 miles away I remember that game it was rammed packed in that then open end and surrounding pubs. At that time we were a good team. I even went to the replay on a Saturday at the Vic when Jack Ross got sent off. This week end will see us be supported by 250 for a tame defeat at Vale park.

Theres always a good contingent of "weekdays only" exiles in the smoke, midweek games attract quite a few.
