Reflecting on his time as England manager it was obviously a good effort to have a 100% record but he was a little to reliant on stoppage time winners against Slovakia and maybe should not have picked Rooney for every game of his tenure. At least he didn't fail at a tournament.

 clappp What a greedy fat headed tool.

He's hardly agreed to throw a match or anything.

Pretty much a non story.

Oh I am sure many west ham fans disagree.

His tactics there and team selections suggested he threw many many games.

It could be argued that his team selection for his first ingurland game suggested he was trying to throw that one, or at the very least he had had a bet.

Having seen some of the footage, he is, at the very least, one arrogant smart arse.

At worst, he is bent.

Either way, he should be sacked.

Bad news for the National side, fingers crossed the FA give him a second chance.

Not a great advert for the FA's judgement but I think they might met him off with a warning. He doesn't actually take any money and he says third party ownership still goes on but doesn't offer to help them to do it.

This bit is really strange though:

On Prince Harry:

“Harry’s a naughty boy. He’s a very naughty boy, very naughty. He shows his bottom and all sorts.”

Anything the England manager does is not a non story

Especially when it involves money agents and slagging off his bosses

Even if he orders a special mixed kebab, it should make the news imo.

I fear that this media interference has just cost us the next World Cup. Start monitoring his kebab intake and it could be the end of all football. The press don't do this in other countries so their teams win everything all the time.

It's hardly a non story, all the details about have yet to be revealed and the FA are already meeting to decide what action to take. He's took £400,000 to advise people how to break his own employers own rules. It's as dodgy as fuck and most of the bookies seem to think he's gone. The greedy fat headed tit is on £2.5 million a year if he does get the bullet he deserves all he gets and I'll laugh my cock off.

An utter cock end. And should never have got the job in the first place.

Proven by his post match comments about Wayne Rooney.

It was like giving the job to a giddy school boy because he had won a competition from his wrapper of Bazooka Bubble gum.

He has done the country a favour.

Bye bye fathead

The FA can confirm that Sam Allardyce has left his position as England manager.

Allardyce's conduct, as reported today, was inappropriate of the England manager. He accepts he made a significant error of judgement and has apologised. However, due to the serious nature of his actions, The FA and Allardyce have mutually agreed to terminate his contract with immediate effect.

Such a big non-story that he's gone - and to be honest after that non-revolutionary team selection for his one and only game, when a revolutionary team selection was needed more than ever before, I'm glad! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37483344

Except they have put Gareth Southgate in charge. If he wins all 4 games, or at least the three that matter, he will get the job.

Makes you wonder. bbolt

Taking it on an interim basis is different though, there's a lot less pressure. If the 4 games go to plan for him, maybe he'll change his mind.

Sam claims entrapment 'won' yet his name has been continuously been linked to similar stories for years.

"In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal offense that the person would have otherwise been unlikely to commit."

Not convincing Sam, that's why you're on holiday in Spain now.

Yes it would have been more entrapment if the sting was some people trying to convince him to get one of his teams to play decent football.

Never in a million years have got the job for football reasons alone never mind what terrible man he is, I am delighted he's been so unbelievably thick arrogant and greedy to give them an opportunity to get rid so quickly. Hopefully he never gets another job.

You are correct PJ but football and football supporters are fickle. If Big Sam became the next Pools manager and his first signings were Tevez and Mascherano.............?

He got the job because he was the last man standing. His appointment horrified me and yet made me laugh at the same time.
On the plus side he's the only England manager with 100% record.
