To cut a long story short ive been Bodybuilding for about a year now and am 49 year old by the way.

Been bikeriding Swimming etc to keep in shape.
Even paid £35 a few month back for some D Bal tablets from America if thats supposed to imptess u.
Done fuckall but keep getting a load of E Msils of some crank called Josh as if hes turned me into muscleman.

Well 6/7 ago i was in Home Bargains n come across these CREATINE tablets so as u do thought i would check them out.
Only about £1.50 for 30 tablets.

Looked it up in Men's Health and it says:

"One thing is almost certain: If you take creatine, you’ll gain weight."

Potatoes and beer already do a grand job for me on that front.

Definitely a 6 pack, but the legs look like they weigh about 4 stone each.
