Another thing that stuck with me was listening to Magnay talk after the Crewe game and he said there arent many vocal players on the pitch and in the squad, this is something that needs adressing ASAP, weve had weak minded cowards playing for us season after season, we need some experienced nasty players who bully people on the pitch, we are soft a shite!

Too late now. This is it until January. Hignett has left us weak defensively and in midfield with his inability to see the obvious or make a decent signing.

Are you suggesting Hignet brings in a vocal coach? Can the club afford one?
