I see the current owners put the value at £1m, compared to £177k by the council.

Last used in 2009

it's been an eyesore and derelict for circa 20 yrs I thought

Hopefully it will finally get redeveloped but just hope the owners aren't overpaid for what has been a disgraceful eyesore for far too long.
