Been watching that programme on BBC2 on Autism and Tourettes, I sympathise with sufferers but licence to speak your mind as you pass them in the street and shout " Ginger pubes" must be a benefit, the tics possibly not though!

The point is suffers from Tourettes are not speaking their mind and I know your having a laugh here and tongue in cheek but to think they are is plain wrong and appart from locked in syndrome I cant think of another affliction that must be hell to live with.

Has anyone else seen Mr Tourette from Modern Toss on Channel Four, hilarious, well worth a look on You Tube or the Channel 4 player.
