We're due goals but also a defeat. 1-2 or 2-3 defeat.

We'll all get a little bit excited then Murray will get beat in straight sets by Dokovic in the semi.

Pools win 2 - 0

tough game - early goal for pools, lots of pressure from them, then a breakway in the last 10 minutes to seal the win.

The ghost of Lawrence to appear behind the town end in his Crystal Palace shirt and the ceremonial burning of the 'Alan Shearer' picture as half time entertainment.

If one of those predictions comes true, I'll be happy.

I can see us losing also but then isn't that a typical pools fan mentality, we can never sustain a run and when we've had a few decent results we just know that defeat is around the corner.

In Hignett We Trust, I'll go 2-1 with Luke to finally break his duck with the winner

2-1 Pools Wombles take an early lead, coz Carson caught in traffic on way back from Wales. After 10, mins Carson comes on then with 11 v 11 Pools go on to win 3-1. Paynter 2 and James.
3468 attendance.

Good result. But what happened at the end?
The BBC website kept adding minutes until they were up to 90+5 from an initial 90+1.

He blew once to start the game, thereafter he just used hand signals. Normally to wave play on after someone had been poleaxed.

I don't think he actually blew up for full time, he just put his coat on and fucked off.

As an attacker, when you realise your going to get fuck all, I think he should start dishing it out rather than being tossed about like a rag doll, he was 3 stone heavier than his assailant ffs banghead
Lead from the front, give him his own treatment and man up.

The best one being the blatant handball that Magnay got away with on the edge of the box in the first half.

Would have been even funnier if James hadn't hit the post from the breakaway.

Well done to Monkeybutt on only being 8 out on the crowd prediction.
Another brilliant attendance.

A great result and some backs to the wall defending for most of the second half.We defo on our way back Higgy doing a great job.

The best part of the first bizarre moment was Billy Paynter almost raising the Lino's arm to give us the decision.

Sounds like the Referee and linesman at Preston v QPR last week....I've never seen a pair like them....completely clueless with both sets of supporters bewildered by their decisions throughout the game!!!!
