Mike Ashley seems a nice chap most the time, look at his sterling efforts at Newcastle.

In fairness, his statement of "In my opinion, they're just showboating. In my opinion, they're actually a joke. They don't care about the people, they care about the business of politics." is a pretty accurate summary of what I've thought ever since I was old enough to know what a politician was.

Anyway what's a labour gadgy doing heading a committee?

He's right about politicians but he'd lose a caring about the people contest to just about anybody else.

I was hoping the thread was about the pair of them agreeing to fight each other to the death. I'd support fat boy Ashley in the hope that the effort involved in killing Wright would finish him off immediately afterwards.

Wright may be a twat, but Ashley is in another league of twattishness. The Mags and him richly deserve each other.
