All, we don't normally do adverts on here but this is a well deserved exception.

Brian Honour has launched a coaching school for kids which runs at Seaton Carew Domes each Friday evening. Even if your kids aren't that great at football they will learn things from Brian that made him such a star at Pools; tenacity, determination, workrate and loyalty are not bad skills in life and that was what Brian is all about.

That aside, the coaching is top notch and it gets them away from the playboxstation for an hour or two.

Times are as follows:

5 to 8 years
5:30pm to 6:30pm

9 to 12 years
6:30pm to 7:30pm

You can just turn up and enrol or ring Brian direct on 07989 411994. This is Brian's personal venture and this is a guy who deserves a bit back. If you haven't got kids in this age group yourself you can always pass the word about.

he also has a session on at peterlee college on a Saturday morning, 10-11 I think, kids of all ages/abilities, generally split into 3/4 groups. he has stu irvine and a couple of others with him doing the coaching, ideal if you've got a young un just getting into footy.
