Wondered what others think but think having a Manager, first team coach AND assistant manager at our level is a bit OTT particularly as we are on a tight budget.

Would rather see the wages spent on the squad.

If we have designated coaches who sole purpose is to coach players and improve them, I see it as a good thing. Hignett is probably going to work with the attacking players and Fleming the defensive side of things.

Might not bring an assistant in as such but I think it's a good thing. If we get players trained and improving, should help us massively

If we end up with 3 good coaches at the club then that can only be a good thing.

Not as OTT has having a Chief Executive, when we have an owner and a chairman, a new uner 21 coach, cos they had to make a job up for one of the boys, and whatever role the CE's son has.

Give us a proper coaching set up any day.
