If I have a season ticket and 2 stubs do I have to go down on Monday and wednesday or will I get 2 tickets on Monday

You get the ticket on the Monday and the stub on the Wednesday. If it was a consession then you only have to queue up for half the time.

...but the concessions do have to form an orderly line and anyone straying from it will get detention.

This post has to be a wind up, but just in case, here goes......the problem being... anyone with a season ticket can take two stubs for their mate and get their ticket, effectively jumping the queue and if enough do it any fairness flies out the window.
