 Post subject: Macaroni cheese....

used to taste like shit when my mum made it when I was a kid, made it myself and what a fantastic meal it made, kids loved it and asked for more, I dunno, reach 56 and discover this simple dish, every days a school day :dance:

Served with al dente brocolli florets, crispy bacon lardons for texture and garlic bread, it`s the future!

you can also form the macaroni cheese into balls, chill in the fridge for an hour, then coat in breadcrumbs and fry - nice little twist - served with a combination of sweet potato chips and 'normal' chips.
