IF...

Tickets for Rochdale went on sale to season ticket holders on Monday and Tuesday only I wouldn't be too bothered. There would be loads left over for general sale on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

IF...

The club had advised us to keep Accrington stubs in case of the Rochdale game being all ticket I wouldn't be too bothered.

IF...

There was an adequate way of exiles like meself getting hold of a ticket by phone or internet I wouldn't be too bothered.

IF...

The service at the ticket office was acceptable I wouldn't be too bothered.

IF...

The club demonstrated actually giving a shit about their fans I wouldn't be too bothered.

As it is I am right royally vexed about the whole thing. I thought the situation for getting hold of Darlo away/Chester/Accrington/Notts/Bristol home tickets was beyond a joke. But this really takes the biscuit.

It doesn't matter how many home and away games I've been to this season. The fact is I want to go to Rochdale, and I should be able to get my hands on a ticket well in advance of the day. With absolutely no fannying about at all.

This is 2007, we've got computers, technology, the ability to pay overtime, draft in temporary workers, and there are courses in business management available.

Pools are on the verge of attracting more fans than ever before to the club (how many season tickets will we sell next season?), yet it seems that they are trying to be as obstructive as they possibly can, and piss off anyone that wants to share in their success.

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!

I feel the pain lad. Not quite sure what I'm gonna do about it yet as I don't know anyone in the town these days. We can chat on the way up on Friday and try and hatch a plan!

I should be leaving work at 12.30 ish so I should be home for 1pm. Hope this is OK - give me a bell if not.

See you Friday!
