Who counted it.. Gary Gibson?

The official figure was a good 500-600 less than the actual crowd.

I would say correct, it was empty near us and the mill house had plenty of spaces

We're normally quite good at guessing the crowd and our guesses ranged from 2,600-2,900, I suppose the Cyril Knowles could have been more empty like as you can't really judge the stand you're in but the Millhouse and the Town End we'ren't that empty.

Only needs 700 in each pools stand to get yesterdays crowd so if their isn't big massive gaps there would be something seriously wrong. It did seem extremely low. Crowds at pools have always been debatable and probobly always will be. The Exeter game last year to say the least. Whether pools crowds are fiddled or not we do seem to have all of a sudden lost at least 500 or 600 in the past fortnight which is one hell of a drop.
