You have made a superb signing - only reason he has not been playing for us is recovering from long term injury, and now needs game time having done a few shorter spells/development games. Big, strong and a warrior!

Solid performance, just as he looks. Won every header. Too far away from Harrison on occasion. Powerful header from corner which just missed.
Bingham ran himself ragged. Jones played well.
Walker was too timid and stood off his oppo. Paynter nursed him through a couple of times - good captaincy.

Was talking to Tom Eastman tonight about Magnus and he said the only reason he didn't get a new contract at Colchester was due to his injury. I think Ronnie should try and try hold on to this guy if there's any chance of that which I doubt

He lives near me, I live in essex, he watches his mates play 6 a-side on a Tuesday night when he's not playing for Colchester, I used to ref and now play. I just got talking to him one night. He's a nice lad down to earth
