What's the problem with loanees??

Ronnie's gone on record again this week saying it's a problem recruiting loanees. See link below - Newport have managed to lure a Notts County midfielder and ex Exeter captain.

Ronnie managed to bring in Tish, Higull and Mirfin last year so what's changed this season?

He's been looking to bring in a midfielder for the last 3 weeks and still no sign of anyone. With Magnay out for 6 weeks, never has the need been greater.

TBF to Ronnie, I often struggle to get loanees on Football Manager for Pools.

What's the problem with loanees??
