Ronnie moore must have more contacts within the game than anyone so if we are actually trying to get people in its unbelivable we cant, as other clubs manage to do so including york and carlisle

15 of the 17 loanies from last season where cack.
No manager can expect to build a decent team working under restraints like that.
Like i said earlier Ronnie aint no Magician.

Which of Tish, Mirfin or Hugill were 'cack'?

Paynter has scored 5 this season already, him and Bingham could make a very useful front two at this level and that area of the team isn't the problem area of the team. We need a commanding centre back or dominant centre midfield convicted rapist if anything.

Is today the day we get some decent loanies in?

Its looking like an FA Cup run is needed this season to create some much needed funds.
We dont have any players ldft to sell on and have almost stopped producing from the acadamies.

Come on Mr Chairman time to come out of hiding and help Ronnie out.

RM is quoted that the Chairman has given him licence to 'go out and get what you need'. The fact that he has failed to introduce new blood in any shape or form coupled with the enforced absence of Magnay - but including the less-than Fantastic Four at the back -may well result in further grief over the forthcoming weeks.

I think Moore has said that he wants a proven decent player on loan, those don't become available that often I suppose anyone can go out and *cough* Colin Cooper just sign any kid on loan who isn't going to make an impact at this level. I'd rather our own kids got a go than that type of signing. I'd rather wait a week or two for a Tish or Mirfin than dive in and sign Davud Atkinson and Adam Campbell because you are getting them for free.

Is any actual money available or just a bit of room in the wage budget? Surely £50,000 could get Mirfin from Scunthorpe, he is exactly the type of centre back we need and only 30 so we'd get a good few seasons from him. Defensively we are rubbish with Carson back and a leader at centre back we'd see a big difference. Just look how much better a player Scott Harrison looked alongside Mirfin compared a carthorse like Boyce. They should knock £10,000 off for sending us him.

Go out and get what you need with the peanuts being offered as wages. Talk is cheap now time for quality signings. You get what you pay for as they say and that's what we have so far a team on the cheap cobbled together hoping for the best and if they beat last years shambles of a squads points total they will think they have had a good season.

It could be a case of go out and get what you can Ronnie
But you have to use your scouse banter to get the other club to pay all the wages.

Is it not just a repeat of last season? Supposedly the funds are available but we won't rush into signing anyone unless they are better? Well we must be looking at some shit loan targets if they aren't any better than some of the tripe we have playing at present
